Elon Musk has slammed Twitter for kicking Jordan Peterson off the social media platform over a tweet that deadnamed Elliot Page.

The billionaire blasted the website 'for going way too far' in suspending the psychologist for his post about the transgender actor.

The anti-woke Canadian had his account disabled for negative posts about Page's transition to a man, saying the actor's 'breasts were removed by a criminal physician'.

The tweet was his latest online tirade, with him earlier slamming Sports Illustrated for putting plus-sized swimsuit model Yumi Nu on the front page.

Musk's weighing into the row came just over two weeks after his child Xavier, 18, announced she was trans and wanted to be called Vivian Jenna Wilson.

The teenager was granted the right to change her name and gender, after declaring she no longer wishes to be related to her biological father 'in any way.'
