President Joe Biden removed the toe clamps attached to his bike, just a month after falling from it near his beach home in Delaware, on yet another weekend out of The Oval Office.

No. 46 was pictured on his bike seat wearing a helmet, a navy blue polo and grey shorts in the early hours of Sunday morning in Rehoboth Beach.
