Tuesday 2 August 2022 05:00 PM Tom Cruise paraglided over dog walker's head in Lake District while filming ... trends now
A dog walker has filmed the moment that Tom Cruise paraglided over her head while he filmed Mission Impossible in the Lake District.
Charlotte Burton-Delph, 44, was on a holiday when her childhood hero landed next to her on Sunday near Buttermere Lake in Cumbria.
She saw a man gliding above the water in the distance and was stunned to recognise it was in fact the Hollywood actor filming upcoming Mission Impossible 8.
Stunning footage shows fearless Cruise, 60, dressed in his signature black clothes, boots and gloves as he smoothly glides from left to right towards her and her partner Adrian Burton-Delph.

Charlotte shouts 'wow, look' in amazement as Cruise turns right above their heads and descends towards the field next to them.
He then pulls off a standing landing and coolly runs until the blue parachute lies flat on the grass, which Charlotte's four-year-old daughter Audrey Burton-Delph showed her approval of by shouting 'good!'.
The teacher says her and Mr Burton-Delph couldn't contain their excitement and she described it as 'next-level cool' in a Twitter post yesterday on August 1.
It's since gone viral with more than 70,000 views, with users hailing the clip 'awesome' and asking 'is there anything Tom Cruise can't do?'.
