A Brazilian model and influencer has been arrested after he drove his motorcycle into a 16-year-old boy so fast that his leg was torn off and thrown 50 yards into the air.

Bruno Krupp, 25, allegedly killed Joao Gabriel Cardim Guimaraes, 16, after he hit the boy whilst driving at high speed on his Yamaha motorbike in Barra da Tijuca, west of Rio de Janeiro. 

Joao was walking across a street with his mother when Krupp crashed into the schoolboy on Saturday.     

Krupp was driving at such a speed that Joao's leg was torn off on impact and thrown into air, with his leg landing 50 yards away on some grass next to the road, reports Globo.
