Footage from a security camera shows a Georgia election official, who is being investigated for posing as a fake elector for Donald Trump, leading two pro-Trump operatives into a county elections office on the same day last year that a voting machine was breached.
Details of the video emerged on Tuesday.
And it sheds more light on to efforts taken by Trump-linked lawyers to find evidence of fraud in the 2020 election, often with the help of local officials.
The Georgia breach is already being investigated by the Georgia Bureau Investigation and may form part of the wider criminal probe by the Fulton County District Attorney.
The two operatives seen in the video, Scott Hall and Paul Maggio, have already admitted accessing a voting machine at the request of Sidney Powell, a lawyer who took on a leading role in Trump's attempt to overturn the election, according to CNN.
The video shows them being escorted to Coffee County elections office on January 7, 2021, by local GOP chairwoman Cathy Latham.
