New York City's rampant crime and drug abuse has continued to spiral as two women were spotted shooting up drugs in broad daylight in Manhattan's busy Union Square.
Meanwhile, a pervert was spotted touching himself while sitting on the steps of Prince Street subway station in SoHo - watching people go up and down while grabbing on his private parts at 10am in the morning as crime seemingly goes unchecked in the city.
Photos and videos show the scantly-clad pair in Union Square - one with electric blue hair - casually injecting themselves with an unknown substance next to a Citi bike.
Despite siting behind a structure, the vagrant duo could be seen by horrified tourists and passersby as they took the drugs with needles in broad daylight.
