Steve Bannon, the onetime top strategist to former U.S. President Donald Trump has taken to the stage to promote a wild theory in which the human race is replaced with 'Human 2.0'.
The idea of the 'great replacement theory' was floated during the Turning Point USA conference held in Tampa last week.
It saw Bannon suggesting President Biden's Cancer Moonshot actually more a cover to genetically engineer the human race rather than curing the disease.
The Moonshot hopes to cut the death rate from cancer by at least 50% over the next 25 years but Bannon appears to have other theories about the initiative believing it to be a cover for something far more sinister.

'This is the biggest inflection point in human history,' Bannon explained.
'In the lived experience of half of this room, or maybe more, we're going to get to a point where you're going to have Human 2.0. Right? They're telling you that. They're funding that. This is not science fiction, this is fact,' told Turning Point attendees.
Turning Point, is a right-wing American conservative nonprofit organization that advocates to identify, educate, train, and organize students to 'promote the principles of freedom, free markets, and limited government.'
Bannon said 'they' want to be 'immortal' and might be working on this covert 'Human 2.0' all under the guise of doing good.
'They talk about they're going to save kids, and they're going to do this — that's all crap. They want to be immortal. Right? And they also say there's too many people, the carrying capacity of this planet– there's too many people,' Bannon pointed out.
'You know, they're all over Tucker [Carlson] and the great replacement theory and about the thing. Hey, the great replacement theory is Homo sapiens. That's what they're trying to replace,' Bannon said.
He suggested that the 'replacement theory' initiative may well be happening under the Cancer Moonshot program to cure the disease.

Tucker Carlson has repeatedly taken aim at the Democratic Party, accusing them of relaxing immigration policies and sidelining white Americans in order to gain votes in the polls.
Bannon went on: 'Of course you haven't heard about it. They don't want to talk about it. They're just going to do it. And they're going to call it the Cancer Moonshot. This is what we have to stop.'
The 'great replacement theory,' is a white nationalist far-right conspiracy theory that claims non-white individuals are being brought into the United States to 'replace' white voters to achieve a political agenda.
