A woman was raped by a man who was described as speaking with an Eastern European accent on the same day as the Queen's funeral, police have said.
The victim told detectives she was raped in a premises at a road junction in the seaside town of Chichester, West Sussex on Monday evening.
At 7.30pm, on the junction between Velyn Avenue and the A259 Bognor
