Big Four accounting firm KPMG is asking job applicants what their sexuality is in a hiring questionnaire and whether they've had a 'trans or gender diverse experience' or an 'intersex variation'.
The questions - which are not compulsory to answer - come amid a push by the major professional services company to promote an 'inclusive workplace' that 'values diversity'.
But some legal experts believe the questions - seen by Daily Mail Australia and first revealed by the Australian Financial Review on Tuesday - could be discriminatory.
One of the questions asked is, 'please select the identity below that best describes your gender'.
