Dramatic videos show hundreds of utility vehicles being readied to assist those in need as many Florida residents beg for their power to be restored.

Over 40,000 line workers are ready to help with the millions of homes and businesses without power in Florida after Hurricane Ian rampaged through the state.

More than 2.7 million Florida homes and businesses were left without electricity, with most of the homes and businesses in 12 counties without power. 

The trucks in the video were being prepared in Shawnee, which is found in the center of the state between Miami and the devastated Fort Myers, where officials have said there were hundreds of fatalities.
