Monday 3 October 2022 03:00 AM Las Vegas GOP councilwomen are reprimanded over vicious city hall CATFIGHT trends now Two Las Vegas GOP councilwomen, including a Trump-endorsed candidate for Nevada State Treasurer, were reprimanded over a fight at city hall that was caught on an apparently since-deleted video. Victoria Seaman and Michele Fiore were both judged to have violated the city's code of conduct policy for the fight, which Seaman claims saw Fiore break Seaman's finger and attempt to throw her to the floor. Fiore denies the claims. According to Seaman's lawsuit, 'Councilwoman Fiore grabbed Councilwoman Seaman by the hand pulling, jerking, twisting, and breaking Councilwoman Seaman's finger in a violent manner. Councilwoman Fiore attempted to throw Councilwoman Seaman to the floor by her hand.' A 61-page report details the fracas, which took place January 11, 2021 and has since spurred Seaman to sue her fellow Republican lawmaker. Both Seaman and Fiore previously served together in the Nevada State Assembly, while the Vegas City Council is a nonpartisan body, Fiore is the Republican nominee for Nevada Treasurer. Fiore denies the claims Though the video was caught on surveillance cameras and shown to both combatants, it was later deleted after the city determined that the media's requests to see didn't merit its release. The report attempted to determine the veracity of Seaman's claims and whether the video was deleted in a cover-up. It found that Seaman's allegations were not substantiated and both women violated code of conduct, according to 8 News Now. Seaman and Fiore previously were friends, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal but Fiore's rise to minor national fame led her to distance herself. She said that Fiore became 'verbally abusive and increasingly hostile' and believed Fiore would 'say anything she could to intimidate' her but the investigator found no evidence of it, though the report notes 'tension between the two women.' Seaman's claims say Fiore attacked her 'like an animal' but Fiore denies it and claims Seaman kicked her in the shin and said that only then did she pull Seaman by the hair to get her down to the floor. The report says, 'Although Councilwoman Seaman alleges Councilwoman Fiore initiated and escalated the altercation, the evidence supports that she is the one who initiated and escalated the argument and altercation,' and notes that Seaman did not file a police report. The report says that Seaman, Fiore and fellow city leaders watched the video and then it was saved onto a flash drive. They add that 'the evidence does not support a coverup' and alleges that there were no pending public records requests when the video was deleted. They note that there was an attempt to save the video, but it failed. The report ultimately states that it didn't matter who started the fight, that both were in violation of the city's code of conduct. Seaman tweeted a statement saying, 'The report was total one hundred percent garbage. Think about this; you had the City of Las Vegas investigating itself. That’s like a bank robber investigating the robbery. The city needs to come clean & present video that has mysteriously disappeared. Where is the video? Who’s hiding from what? Until there is complete transparency in the City of LV, our legal team will keep moving forward. Let’s put everybody under oath & let the courts decide.' Seaman tweeted a statement saying, 'The report was total one hundred percent garbage. Think about this; you had the City of Las Vegas investigating itself. That’s like a bank robber investigating the robbery' Fiore came out guns blazing in a statement, saying 'The same liberal Republicans who supported Michele's primary opponent are now doing whatever they have to, to attempt to stop her from winning this election and returning Nevada to a state of financial common sense. This will be no more successful than it was in the primary where she won with the largest margin of any candidate. We look forward to the truth coming out as soon as possible.' She exploded onto the wider political scene with an ad of her blasting beer bottles in her failed campaign for the GOP gubernatorial nomination. She also previously voiced support for the Proud Boys militia and starred in a low-budget film before running for office. In the video, Fiore comes out of a pick-up truck with a Trump 2024 bumper sticker, then touts her gun and status as a Washington outsider who was an early supporter of former President Donald Trump. The campaign commercial is not the first time Fiore has used guns to promote herself. In 2015 she sent out a Christmas card of her family holding pistols and semi-automatics, including her five-year-old grandson Jake who held a Walther p22. She defended the image saying: 'If you look real close, you'll see that his finger is not on the trigger. 'That five-year-old grandson of mine has total trigger control. 'I think giving firearms as a present and getting firearms as a present is a great present, and I think because Christmas is a family affair, our ultimate responsibility is to protect and make sure our family is safe.' In 2015, Fiore sent out a Christmas card of her family holding pistols and semi-automatics, including her five-year-old grandson Jake, who held a Walther p22; also pictured are Fiore's mother, Lili, daughters Sheena and Savannah and their husbands, David and Kyle; as well as five of her now seven grandchildren, Jake, twins Morrigan & Mara, Jayden and Jemma Fiore again posing with her two daughters to promote the protection of second amendment rights Prior to her forays into politics, Fiore gave the entertainment business a try. Fiore co-wrote, produced (with second husband Nat Kaime) and starred in a low budget, semi-autobiographical film called Siren. Fiore played the role of Storm Fagan, a wife and mom who decides to try to fulfill her lifelong dream of making it big as a rock singer. She told reporters she put on 20 pounds for the role and lost 30 during the shoot. 'She seems like your ordinary overweight middle-aged wife & mom except her dream of being a rock star still weighs heavy on her soul,' says the imdB description of the 2006 film. ''They' say she can't do it, watch her transform and over come life's brutal obstacles to turn her dream into reality.' The movie was a flop, with Fiore herself calling herself a 'Sundance reject,' as a screening at the festival drew as few as 12 people. Her uncles were NYPD officers who taught her how to fire a gun. Her biography says she still takes care of her mother Lili. Married and divorced twice, she wed her first husband, Timothy Johnson, at the age of 16 and had her first daughter at the age of 19 while living on a United States Naval Base at Guantanamo Bay. Fiore has two daughters, Sheena and Savanah, whom she says are both married to first responders, David and Kyle. Between the two daughters, she has seven grandchildren, Jake 10 years old; Twins Morrigan & Mara 7; Jayden 7; Jemma 3; Jackson 2 years and infant Jetson. Her second marriage to Nat Kaime, who she ran a health care business with, helped inspire her conservative leanings as he was a regular listener to Rush Limbaugh. Fiore eventually began to volunteer and run for Congress. In 2010 during the Tea Party uprising, the casino mogul Steve Wynn encouraged her to run for the House of Representatives. She finished second in an eight-person primary. . All rights reserved for this news site (dailymail) and under his responsibility
