The documents, which Trump's lawyers are trying to keep out of the hands of government investigators, includes discussions about presidential pardons late in Trump's term – including the pardon of former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojovich. A judge ordered those documents be kept under seal, but they were published on a government court docket where they are no longer available. Other documents include communications with Trump's stable of lawyers – the kind of attorney-client communications Trump has argued must be kept out of the hands of the FBI. President Donald Trump has fumed about the FBI search of Mar-a-Lago. The Justice Department posted a list of documents being sorted by a privilege review team on a docket. It has since been taken down Trump has already complained that agents seized 'medical records' from his home, although the information accidentally published reveals this may be less than meets the eye. The inventory lists a 'medical letter from Dr. Harold Bornstein' from 2016 – which appears to the infamous letter, already made public, where Bornstein vouched for Trump's 'exceptional' health before Trump took office. It was included on a list of materials the government determined should be returned to the former president after being removed during the search. The documents were attached to an August 30 Justice Department document, filed weeks after the August 8 raid on Trump's private Florida club. The government determined some documents should be returned to Trump. Documents include discussions of requests for presidential pardons A document references a consent order regarding counsel in the case involving Trump rape accuser E. Jean Carrol. Trump denies her allegations The documents include a 2016 letter by longtime Trump personal physician Dr. Harold Bornstein Lawyer Charles Harder (c) is among the attorneys mentioned. He has represented Trump in suits going after media groups, journalists, and publishers A document references a settlement between a Trump Golf and the PGA Tour A document called 'The President’s Calls' has note reading, 'Message from Rudy,' a possible reference to former Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani, who is a target in the Georgia election probe and was involved in Trump's election overturn effort. One note with typos says 'Joe DeGernova Appoint Special Councel [sic],' which could indicate Joe DiGenova, the former U.S. attorney who appeared with Rudy Giuliani at an infamous RNC press conference after the election. It also includes a 'Post-it note 'from Cleta Mitchell,' who is a Washington lawyer who advised Trump during the overturn effort during his last weeks in office. Other documents refer to pardon and commutation discussions using only initials of the people being considered. Trump went on a pardon spree during his last weeks in office. According to the document, a lawyer on the review team on August 25 provided the privilege review team provided a 39 page document that 'appears to reflect the former president's calls.' Most of the pages are titled 'The President's Calls' and include the presidential seal, it says. There are two sets of documents that constitute candidates for 'potential' privilege. On the list of documents determined there may be a privilege was an unsigned letter from Trump lawyer Marc Kasowitz' firm to former Special Counsel Robert Mueller from June 2017. One was a document titled 'Executive Action to Curb Illegal Immigration and Move Towards Merit-Based Entry.' Another document references Trump rape accuser E. Jean Carol. Trump has denied her allegations as her defamation suit worked through the courts. Share or comment on this article: All rights reserved for this news site (dailymail) and under his responsibility
