Construction on the Miami mansion that Gisele Bündchen, 42, and Tom Brady, 45, are building was halted because of Hurricane Ian, but now the dream home may never be built as the supermodel reportedly threatened to divorce Brady several times over his NFL career.
Bündchen recently separated from Brady and stated the marriage was over, but there were reportedly continued troubles as the Brazilian supermodel took increasing issue with Brady's demanding career and its affect on their family.
The two aimed to build a forever home for themselves and their children, but the sprawling estate may only end up with one of them as reports indicate they have both hired divorce lawyers.
The total sum for the house is set to be near $30 million, as they paid $17 million for the land and an additional $10.12 million in construction costs for the custom mansion, which is located in Miami's elite Indian Creek Country Club community.

Brady and Bündchen are rumored to be assessing how they would divide their assets, including their property portfolio.
But the mansion seems to be tailor-made for the two, and includes an organic garden, a pickleball court, yoga terrace, a prep kitchen, main kitchen and outdoor kitchen.
The 1.8-acre property encompasses three buildings - a main house, a security post and a gym. It also ironically includes his-and-hers bathroom suites, which may never get to be used by both.
Floor plans for the home show it spans an enormous 17,000 square feet, and includes five bedrooms and 11 bathrooms, along with an elevator, a movie theatre and a guest suite.
The supermodel took the lead on hiring an attorney and the NFL star followed her lead while 'figuring out what to do,' according to People.
'I don't think there will be any coming back now,' an anonymous source told Page Six. 'They both have lawyers and are looking at what a split will entail, who gets what and what the finances will be.'
Bündchen was also recently spotted in the parking lot of her gym, along with her children Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, 9, on Tuesday with her luxurious diamond ring missing from her left hand as she locked the car door.
She styled a white sporty tank and gray bottoms while her golden locks sat below her shoulders. Bündchen's two children appeared to carry towels as they locked up their car and headed inside.
