Comanchero bikie chief Allan Meehan has delivered a sinister warning to his rivals in a bitter interstate power struggle to keep control from previous boss Mick Murray.

Melbourne-based Murray is said to be bidding to return as the gang's Australian overlord just four months after he stood down while awaiting murder charges.

But Meehan - known as the Bathrobe Bikie after appearing in a series of pictures of him in dressing gowns - is determined to stay in the job, and has now signalled he will not be going lightly.

Overnight on Tuesday he posted a clip on his Instagram feed of Al Pacino in the ultra-violent 1983 drug war movie Scarface.

In the clip, Pacino's character Tony Montana has just escaped being dismembered by a chainsaw-wielding rival drug gang, before killing them and stealing their cocaine.

The final moments of the clip - with Montana on the phone to the shocked boss of the rival gang - became a movie classic and a favourite among gangsters.

'I got the yayo [cocaine],' he tells the rival. 'F*** you.'

Now police sources fear an internal war is brewing between the Comanchero chiefs as Murray plots his return.

Meehan has been under growing pressure from inside and outside the gang since taking the reins of the country's most powerful bikie gang.

He has had his bank accounts frozen by police as they probe the sources of his income, while other bikies are concerned by Meehan's fascination with social media.

He has been a regular on Instagram since taking charge of the gang, posting pics of himself and his wife in their nightwear, plus pics of gang meet-ups and a video of a flashy custom gold Harley Davidson motorbike in Comanchero colours.

His profile biography on his Instagram account proudly proclaims 'Always Comanchero' and warns: 'TRUST NO1', with the emoji of a knife.

It also includes a reference to a biblical passage from the Gospel of Luke where Christ is on the cross, surrounded by criminals - but tells them: 'You will be with me in paradise.'

Meehan has become infamous as the bathrobe bikie after posting this picture of himself in a Versace dressing gown in Comanchero colours while his wife wore matching coloured Winnie the Pooh nightwear from Peter Alexander
