A young mum has been slammed online after she took to TikTok to talk about the trauma her daughter still struggles with a year after their pet pitbull viciously attacked her.
Perth mum Shasian Houia, 22, shared a video on Sunday about the terrible injuries her then-one-year-old daughter suffered after she was attacked by the dog last December.
Security footage from her neighbour's home caught the mum's horrified screams as she begged them for help.
Ms Houia confirmed the pitbull had 'locked' its jaws onto the baby with her husband trying to pry its mouth open while she looked for help.
Showing a photo of her daughter with bandages around her head, Ms Houia said: 'This is my daughter right before surgery after a pitbull attack three days before Christmas.
