The Pentagon appears to be deliberately dragging out probe into one of its woke 'diversity' officers that was launched in September, despite promising to make a decision within 30 days.

Kelisa Wing had worked as a chief of equity, diversity and inclusion at the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) since December 2021 but an investigation was launched into her after she wrote on Twitter how she was 'exhausted with these White folx', alongside various other statements.

The investigation into Wing was started on September 19 with the matter referred to Under Secretary of Personnel and Readiness Gil Cisneros, but almost two months later the case has yet to be resolved.

'The findings are being presented to the office of the under secretary of defense for personnel and readiness,' Cmdr. Nicole Schwegman, a DoD spokesperson, told Fox News.

An investigation was begun in September into Kelisa Wing, the chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer in the Pentagon's Education Activity office - it was supposed to take 30 days

'Our focus remains on ensuring military-connected students, their families and our employees have equitable access to opportunities and resources that support student achievement and readiness for college and careers. We have nothing additional to share at this time.'

Rep. Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y., and Rep. C. Scott Franklin, R-Fla., wrote a letter to Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin earlier this week asking for an update on the review.

'More than 30 days have passed since the Department announced the review of Kelisa Wing. However, the Department has made no public announcement, nor communicated with Congress … regarding the findings of the review,' the letter stated.

Wing's old social media posts over the course of several years, see her using well-worn slang terms to mock white people include 'Karen' and 'CAUdacity' - a play on the word Caucasian.

As a result 22 House Republicans including some on the Armed Services Committee requested that Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin take 'immediate action' to investigate her for 'egregious bias'.

The account, along with the longtime DOD staffer's LinkedIn profile, has since been deleted.

Most troubling is the fact that Wing, who was promoted to head of the Education office during the pandemic, oversees the education of Pentagon staffers' children - including those of active duty service members.

'I'm exhausted with these white folx in these [professional development] sessions,' Wing wrote on July 23, 2020, disparaging an unnamed woman at a federal meeting.

'[T]his lady actually had the CAUdacity to say that black people can be racist too,' the post continues. 'I had to stop the session and give Karen the BUSINESS.'

Wing, who is African-American, then adds, 'We are not the majority, we don't have power.'

Wing had worked at the DoD for 16 years and was promoted to DEI chief in December 2021. Her office oversees schooling for children of Pentagon employees as well as those deployed overseas in the military.

The slew of anti-white posts present in Wing's social media seem to cut out around the time of her promotion, but the posts penned before she landed the role remained.

Disturbingly, the books are geared toward children.

The former has lines such as: 'If you are White you might feel bad about hurting others or you might feel afraid to lose this privilege,' and asks white children to consider if they will 'really
