It's been seven years since Ed Miliband found himself the subject of teen social media fandom.
And it looks like Matt Hancock is the latest unlikely politician to capture the attentions of the younger generation thanks to his appearance on I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here!
The former health secretary, who was voted to compete in six consecutive Bushtucker Trials on the ITV show, is experiencing his very own version of 2015's 'Milifandom.'
Despite raising eyebrows and facing a grilling from his campmates when he entered the jungle last week, it seems that Mr Hancock has found himself a whole new fan base on social media site TikTok.
A number of accounts dedicated to Mr Hancock have been created in the last week, most of which praise his efforts in the jungle with some even dubbing him a heartthrob.
While some appear to have been created ironically, others seem to be genuine, with people expressing their apparent admiration for the West Suffolk MP.
