Former President Donald Trump contradicted a President Biden on the ultra-sensitive issue of responsibility for the missile that exploded in Poland hours ago.
Trump trashed Biden’s diplomacy overall during a speech from Mar-a-Lago announcing he would make another run president, ridiculing his predecessor for 'falling asleep' at global conferences and saying he had 'humiliated' the nation with his policies.
He accused Biden of making the U.S. 'detestable' with the rest of the world.
Trump has long-ignored bygone restraints on politics stopping at the 'water's edge,' but during his Tuesday night announcement Florida-time he said Russia was 'probably' the origin of the missile.
That came as Biden huddled with NATO allies here at the G20 summit in Bali in an emergency meeting to develop a response to the missile explosion – which raised fears of Russia's war on Ukraine escalating further.
Biden met with Secretary of State Antony Blinken and National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan early Wednesday in Asia before summoning NATO allies to his hotel.
