Footage has emerged of a teen's final moments shopping at a petrol station before she mysteriously disappeared last month.

Tea Wright-Finger, 19, went missing on October 16 just days after posting a concerning series of TikTok videos - with a massive Queensland Police manhunt unable to find any trace of her.

Police scaled back their search and rescue operations around Richmond, in the state's far north, just a fortnight ago.

But detectives appear to be ramping up their search again and on Wednesday released fresh footage of Ms Wright-Finger in the hopes it would jog the memory of any witnesses.

The footage released by police showed Ms Wright-Finger wandering around a Richmond roadhouse on October 16 in the hours before she vanished.

The CCTV captured the teen wearing a light pink and purple dress and a pair of Birkenstock sandals before she paid for a bottle of juice at the counter.

Ms Wright-Finger appeared to be looking over her shoulder at various points in the CCTV before she walked out of the petrol station, never to be seen again.

Ms Wright-Finger was last seen driving a blue 2013 Toyota Prado with Queensland registration 210 - TLA - at around 3pm on that day when she was dropped off by a friend.

Neither Ms Wright-Finger or the car has been seen since October 16.

Between October 22 and 31, an extensive, coordinated search and rescue operation was carried out in Richmond involving SES volunteers, police, landholders and council personnel however investigators found nothing.

The search spanned more than 700km by air, with investigators scouring Cloncurry, Four Ways and Julia Creek.

It has since been revealed by police that the car was reported stolen from a town
