Three teenagers, two aged 14, have been arrested on suspicion of murder after a boy of 17 was stabbed in a suspected ‘targeted attack’.
Police were called by ambulance crews after Jesse Nwokejiobi was knifed at a nature reserve near the river Cam in Cambridge at about 2.50pm on Saturday.
But the youth, described as ‘an angel’ by his girlfriend Ameliyah Grant, 18, died at the scene near to Logan’s Meadow a few minutes later.
Speaking last night, Miss Grant told the Mail she was ‘broken’ by Mr Nwokejiobi’s death.
