Actor Michael Pitt has been seen out and about in New York City looking the picture of health just two months after he was snapped being strapped to a stretcher and taken to hospital following a public outburst.
The Boardwalk Empire star was seen sporting an 'I love NY' hoodie with his Doberman service dog outside Gotham Gym in downtown Manhattan over the weekend.
Pitt had something of a troubled summer: In July 2022, he was arrested and charged with assault and petty larceny after allegedly hitting another man multiple times and taking his phone.
Then in September, Pitt was hospitalized and deemed to be 'emotionally disturbed' after he was accused of throwing items at people from the rooftop of a building.
The meltdown in Brooklyn caused onlookers to call the police on him at which point he was stretchered away. No charges were ever filed in the incident.

While on the stretcher Pitt stared up at the sky and seemed emotionless
In the September incident, Pitt could be seen without a shirt on wearing dark shorts with a blue scarf around his neck before police arrived on the scene.
The Hollywood vet could then be seen with no shoes on looking confused as he was strapped down onto a stretcher as paramedics wheeled him away on a sidewalk.
The incident began on the streets of Bushwick when he started shouting and acting erratically.
The star was also allegedly throwing items and was clearly a threat to the public.

At one point he could be seen giving a hug to a Doberman service dog that came by
Other members of the neighborhood also with dogs could be seen interacting with Pitt
Pitt looked to be in a far better place both physically and mentally compared to earlier this year
He was not clothed properly and his hair was a mess, hanging around his face, as he yelled out.

Concerned onlookers called police and the cops reportedly arrive quickly.
They arrived with an ambulance as well and somehow the police were able to subdue the star whereupon he was strapped down for his own safety.
While on the stretcher he stared up at the sky and seemed emotionless.
He was not charged as Pitt seemed
