A controversial judge who revels in taking her clothes off has been suspended for three months after she appeared semi-naked and smoking in bed during a Zoom court hearing.
Colombian Vivian Polania switched her laptop camera off after she was warned by one of the attendees she was being filmed in her underwear but the 33-second video subsequently went viral.
A solicitor made a formal complaint, sparking an investigation which led to a disciplinary commission telling the 34-year-old to hang up her robes till mid-February.
The decision comes two years after Vivian spoke out against critics who blasted her over photos she posted on social media showing off her muscles honed during punishing CrossFit sessions as well as the tattoos on her back and bum cheeks in a minuscule G-string.
