A Texas man and his two-year-old daughter are left homeless after the ex-girlfriend burned down his house during a jealous rage after discovering another woman had answered their Facetime call - the mystery female turned out to be the boyfriend's relative.

Senaida Soto was taken into custody on November 21 and faces felony charges for burglary and arson. Her bond was set at $165,000.

Tommy Garay said he had only been in a relationship with Soto for one month and said he 'never would have imagined being a victim of such crimes.'

The fire destroyed his San Antonio home, the same home, he said, his father grew up in and had been in his family for generations. 'The memories gone in the blink of an eye,' he said.
