A news channel owner sexually assaulted two women after they refused to let him join in during their Halloween threesome, a trial has heard.
One of the women told how Jean Esingle, 31, touched her and her friend before flying into a rage and strangling the man they were enjoying a tryst with.
She said Esingle - who runs Rebreak News based in Dundee - refused to take no for an answer after initially walking in on the threesome at the end of a party.
The woman, Girl A, said Esingle had been asked to leave twice but returned and touched her on her naked buttocks as she was engaged in sexual activity with her friend, Girl B, and the man.
She told Dundee Sheriff Court that Esingle and another man called Jordan had come in to the room and appeared to be 'smiling' and filming the trio on his mobile phone.
