Brittany Higgins' accused rapist Bruce Lehrmann 'faced complaints from other ... trends now
The contents of two redacted paragraphs in a major judgment in the trial of Brittany Higgins' accused rapist - which concern claims other women had complained about Bruce Lehrmann's behaviour - can be revealed.
Shane Drumgold, the ACT Director of Public Prosecutions, on Friday announced that he was dropping the sexual assault charge against Bruce Lehrmann.
Mr Drumgold had received medical advice that Ms Higgins' mental health would be put at risk by a retrial.
That means Lehrmann won't stand trial again over Ms Higgins' claims he raped her in minister Linda Reynolds' Parliament office in March 2019. He always denied the allegation.

Friday's development led Supreme Court Chief Justice Lucy McCallum to lift a series of non-publication orders on the case, which were designed to prevent a jury from being prejudiced.
One order related to two paragraphs in a judgment that Justice McCallum
