Baroness Michelle Mone has listed her stylish London townhouse for £20million and is said to be 'keen to sell before the new year.'

The stunning 6,000 square-foot Belgravia residence was listed for sale earlier this week, estate agent marketing emails reviewed by The Times revealed. The asking price was also reportedly reduced by more than £3million within one day of going on the market.

It is unclear why the 51-year-old Tory peer is looking to sell the six-bedroom property, which boasts a cinema, media room, gym, swimming pool and spa amenities, such as a jacuzzi and steam room.

However, the alleged desire to sell comes as the lingerie tycoon battles accusations that she and her family profited from a £200million deal to provide PPE to the UK Government at the height of the first COVID-19 lockdown in June 2020.

Earlier this year, police also raided two of her London properties, as well as four properties on the Isle of Man, 'in support of' an ongoing fraud investigation by the National Crime Agency (NCA).

Lady Mone's Belgravia home was purchased in 2015 for £11million and is registered to a trust and company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands, according to Land Registry documents obtained by The Times.

Perree Ltd, a company registered at Knox House in the Isle of Man, is listed as the trustee of the property. The Baroness' husband, Scottish business Doug Barrowman, is the founder of the Knox Group of Companies - which have been previously linked to Perree Ltd.

The estate agency, in a marketing email, reportedly described the seller as 'motivated' to secure a buyer. The firm touts the property as being a 'turnkey house' situated in a 'prime position' in Belgravia.

The home has reportedly underwent 'extensive' renovations since it was acquired in 2011. The property has a 'cutting edge' design that fuses its classical period features with modern flare.

Her alleged neighbours told the newspaper they would be happy to see her family move away, claiming she is 'not very neighbourly' and that her adult children frequently host 'extremely loud' parties.

A representative for Lady Mone has reportedly denied that she owns the Belgravia property or stands to benefit from its sale. The representative told The Times: 'Baroness Mone does not own a home in London and does not know any neighbours in London. Baroness Mone does not live in London.'

Her lawyer, when contacted by MailOnline today, had 'no comment' about the alleged property listing.

Despite the reported claims that Lady Mone does not own property in London, The Times alleges she has 'regularly posted' photos of herself in the townhouse.

In fact, last year she tweeted a photo of herself reportedly standing in front of the property's back door that she captioned: 'If things aren't going right, make a change.'

The Baroness reportedly has a vast property portfolio. She is said to live in a vast U-shaped manor house on the Isle of Man which her estate agent recently described as 'possibly one of the finest homes in the British Isles'.

The nine-bed pile boasts a games room, bar, home cinema, air-conditioned library, plus a 'pool and spa complex which features two treatment rooms, a relaxing spa lounge, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, plunge pool, tropical spa, male and female changing rooms, tanning studio and state-of-the-art gym'.
