Aussies have rallied around rollercoaster victim Shylah Rodden who woke from a medically-induced coma only to be targeted by vicious trolls, with more than $20,000 donated to a GoFundMe to help pay for her medical bills.

The 26-year-old suffered brain damage and serious injuries to her pelvis, arms, legs and back when the Rebel Coaster carriage hit her at the Royal Show in September.

The ride smashed into her at 70km/h and threw her nine metres into the air as she was apparently trying to retrieve her phone from underneath the tracks.

Ms Rodden's loved ones breathed a sigh of relief last week when she woke from a two-month coma and was moved from her high-dependency ward.

However, ruthless social media users have coldly blamed Ms Rodden for her injuries after police claimed she had been hit by the ride while trying to grab her phone.

Their shocking comments cannot be published for legal reasons.

Other kindhearted Aussies have since rallied against 'cruel' trolls and asked they quit playing the 'blame game' as Ms Rodden recovers from life-changing injuries.

Meanwhile, more than 400 people have donated to a GoFundMe to help pay for her medical bills, including rehabilitation and changes that will need to made to her home to help her get on with life in the wake of the tragedy.

'This poor woman had a moment of poor judgement that has ruined her life and her family's lives. All of us make mistakes, not all of us are unlucky enough to have such dreadful consequences to deal with,' one woman wrote.

'My deepest sympathies to Shylah and her friends and family as she attempts whatever recovery is possible, and they do what they can to support her.'

Another described Ms Rodden's haters as 'cruel, depraved and unloving'.

'It's a sign of the times. I have two daughters and can't imagine what these parents are going through. I've prayed for this poor girl before and I will continue to.'

'For goodness sake what is wrong with people. NO ONE deserves this,' a third said.
