Internet trolls have cruelly taunted Daniel Andrews and his daughter after the Victorian premier announced she was embarking on the trip of a lifetime.
Mr Andrews, who was re-elected as premier following last month's state election, posted a sweet image of his daughter Grace Andrews at Melbourne airport on his Facebook page on Monday.
'Finished Year 12 and off on her next big adventure,' he wrote.
'Miss you already Gracie.'
But the post was hijacked by the premier's detractors and trolls who targeted Mr Andrews and his daughter.
'I'd move away too if you were my dad,' said one.
Another wrote: 'Even ya (sic) daughter can't wait to get away from you and this state.'
'Smart girl...getting as far away from you as possible,' added a third.
