Seaworld has shut down a major new attraction this week just days after it was opened to the public, leaving thrill-seekers who paid for passes furious.
The Gold Coast-based theme park only opened its Atlantis entertainment precinct last Friday.
It featured the unveiling of two new rides - the Leviathan, a wooden rollercoaster that takes riders on an adventure through Atlantis on the back of a sea dragon, and the Trident, a 42m tall slide tower.
But park operators made the sudden decision to close the two new rides plus another in the precinct, the Vortex, to make slight adjustments.
