A teenage boy who died from a knife wound may have tripped and fallen onto the blade he was holding in a tragic freak accident.
Earlier police reported that an 18-year-old had died in a suspected stabbing on Friday night at West Birriley Street, Bomaderry on the New South Wales south coast.
They were called to the scene at 7pm, along with NSW Ambulance paramedics, who treated the man at the scene before he was rushed to Shoalhaven Hospital in a critical condition.
But the boy died soon after
