Police are probing 'all possibilities' in the mysterious death of a teenager who is said to have tripped and fallen onto a knife blade he was holding in a freak accident.
Bailey Jones, 18, died from a stab wound to the chest on Friday night at West Birriley Street, Bomaderry, on the New South Wales south coast.
It is understood the teen was at his cousin's house with around 10 others when he fell onto a large knife that he was playing with on the driveway.
