Tech CEO arrested for spying on a woman in Bay Area Panera bathroom trends now
A Bay Area tech CEO was arrested Monday after he was caught spying on a woman in the bathroom of a Panera Bread.
Eduardo Moreno, 35, allegedly stuck his head under the door of a bathroom stall before the woman chased him off, attempting to confront him outside of the establishment.
After the Stanford University grad pushed the woman down and took her phone on the street, but later returned to the Panera and was tackled by bystanders.
Moreno runs the Palo Alto-based SeaDrone Inc. which does underwater inspections.

The incident happened around 11.40am at the Panera Bread at 1035 El Monte Avenue in Mountain View, California.
A woman initially called police after she saw Moreno sticking his head under a bathroom stall to look at her in the women's restroom at the restaurant.
According to police, the woman screamed at Moreno and he ran from the bathroom and exited the restaurant.
The woman, whose name was not released, managed to chase him down and confront him near El Camino Real, a nearby street.
The woman attempted to take a photo of Moreno which is when he grabbed her phone and pushed her down, police said.
He then took off running in the direction of Marich Way.
For unknown reasons, Moreno later returned to the Panera Bread and was tackled by a group of bystanders
