Kardashian family matriarch Kris Jenner has failed to reach an agreement with her former bodyguard who sued her for sexual assault, a year after the pair were ordered to settle the case through private arbitration.

Now she has been given another 13 months to sort things out.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Armen Tamzarian last year gave both the famous momager and her accuser Marc McWilliams until January 6, 2023 to find an arbitrator, usually a private judge, to listen to arguments from both sides and settle the case.

But at a status hearing on Friday – 12 months to the day after the order was handed down – attorneys for both parties admitted that they are yet to go through the arbitration process.

'This is taking a very long time. What's going on?' Judge Tamzarian, visibly frustrated, asked the lawyers.

Marc McWilliams, one-timer rapper turned Kardashian family security guard, who worked for the famous TV clan in 2017 and 2018, filed a lawsuit claiming sexual harassment, racial discrimination and other 'outrageous' and 'despicable' acts

McWilliams's attorney, Sean Novak, told the court that a private judge had been selected to oversee the case in a proceeding scheduled to be held in December this year.

But Jenner's attorney, Michelle Doolin disputed whether the arbitration had been scheduled.

Judge Tamzarian set a new status hearing for February 14, 2024 – Valentine's Day – and joked that 'there'll be love in the air.'

But he added, 'I expect the arbitration to be done by then.'

Jenner, 67, was not in court Friday, nor was McWilliams who first filed a complaint against the reality star in September 2020.

McWilliams, 47, a one-time rapper turned Kardashian security guard who is 20 years Jenner's junior, sued for $3million, claiming she grabbed his crotch, exposed herself to him when he was still working for the family in 2017 and then had him fired when he rebuffed her advances.

Later, he added another stunning accusation to his legal action in February 2021, claiming Jenner sexually assaulted him while they were out in her luxury Bentley.

McWilliams – who worked for the famous TV clan between 2017 and 2019 – told in an amended complaint of the 'particularly shocking' incident the morning of October 22, 2017 when Jenner wanted to go out in her Bentley and ordered him to sit in the front passenger seat.

As Jenner drove, 'She began making comments to plaintiff (McWilliams) of a flirtatious and overtly sexual nature,' said his attorney Sean Novak in legal documents.

'Without warning, Jenner placed her right hand on the inside upper left thigh and groin area of McWilliams in a manner that was overtly sexually offensive.

'She then caused her right hand to move up the upper, inner left thigh and groin, while caressing McWilliams.

'McWilliams was shocked and offended by the uninvited and overtly sexual contact by Jenner and attempted to shift away from her groping.

'As he moved his body away from the offensive sexual contact, Jenner's right hand come into contact with McWilliams' inner groin and genital area.'

McWilliams was 'emotionally distressed' by Jenner's 'outrageous and uninvited ' actions, which, 'at no time did he consent to,' said Novak, who added that as a result of Jenner's behavior, his client had suffered 'physical and mental pain….illness….loss of sleep, depression' and other health issues.
