The day has come for disgraced reality stars Todd and Julie Chrisley to meet their fate and serve time behind bars after being found guilty of tax evasion and defrauding banks out of more than $30million last summer.

The couple have reported to their respective prisons today to begin their combined 19-year sentence separately in Florida and Kentucky.

Exclusive DailyMail.com photos show Julie, 49, turning herself in at the Federal Medical Center (FMC) in Lexington, Kentucky where she will serve seven years behind bars.

She was seen arriving at the facility in the back of a black Cadillac Escalade with her father Harvey Hughes and an unknown driver late Tuesday morning.

Meanwhile, a short time later 650 miles away, Todd, 53, was snapped surrendering at the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) in Pensacola, Florida, after arriving in a blacked out Range Rover.

The vehicle carrying Julie, who tried to avoid detection from the back seat, was seen heading into the facility before disappearing through the massive infrastructure of the Federal Prison and the hills that block views into the prison.

Approximately 15 minutes later the luxury SUV was spotted leaving the property and a visibly upset Harvey Hughes could be seen crying through the window.

Later on Tuesday, Todd was photographed arriving at FPC to start his 12-year prison sentence where he also held up a pillow up to conceal his face

FPC Pensacola is known to have housed some notable inmates over the years, including Chris Collins, who had been convicted of insider trading, but was later pardoned by former U.S. President Donald Trump.

But the camp has been described as 'comfortable' compared to other prisons, according to a report by "WGRZ-TV in October 2020.

It was compared to a 'college dorm room,' with one expert telling the broadcaster that 'if you have to do federal prison time, that's the place to be.'

'There aren't any barbed wire fences and so on. There's obviously security and guards but it's not a place that you're going to find serious, dangerous criminals and so on,' he said.

An admission and orientation manual accessible on the prison's website published in January 2018 said that the facility has athletic fields, including basketball and volleyball courts.

It also offers educational opportunities and vocational training, and communal television viewing rooms for inmates.

It comes after the Chrisleys were seen enjoying their final days of freedom with a 'goodbye tour' around Tennessee on Monday.

DailyMail.com spotted Julie, 49, this weekend stopping at three different furniture stores and grocery shopping with daughter Savannah, 25, and mother Pam Hughes.

It was business as usual for Julie, who was dressed casually in an all black velour tracksuit, as she filled her shopping cart at a local Publix with sodas, snacks and laundry detergent. Her hefty grocery haul seems odd considering she'll be far from her Brentwood, Tennessee,
