Body of missing Pennsylvania mom found in shallow grave less than two miles ... trends now
The body of a missing Pennsylvania mom was found in a shallow grave less than two miles away from her home more than two weeks after she was reported missing.
Jennifer Brown was discovered partially buried under a staircase behind a warehouse in Royersford - about 30 miles outside of Philadelphia - on Wednesday night.
Brown, 43, was reported missing after she failed to pick up her son Noah, 8, from the bus stop on January 3. Loved ones said she would've never intentionally left him.
Her body was found wrapped in plastic bringing an end to the extensive search, according to Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele. The cause of death has not been determined.
'We hoped and prayed that she would be safe and she is not,' Steele said.

Authorities have not revealed any suspects in the case or made any arrests.
Neighbors say Brown was seen outside her home with a friend and associate Antonio Watts-Richardson on Stratford Lane the day she went missing and did not notice anything out of the ordinary.
Watts-Richardson said he was with Brown the day she disappeared. He echoed it was unlike Brown to leave her son who was always by her side.
When Brown failed to pick Noah up, Watts-Richardson took him home for a sleepover.
'I put Noah on the bus the next day,' he told NBC10.
Brown, who was described as a 'helicopter mom', never called to check-in. She also had a 20-year-old son.
