A Queensland teacher is suing his former school for unfair dismissal, claiming in court documents allegations of him having sex with a student in a classroom and kissing her at a school event are blatantly untrue.
Dalton Schloss, a former year coordinator at Nambour Christian College, in Queensland's Sunshine Coast hinterland, claimed he was fired in November as a result of an 'unfair' investigation into the allegations.
He also claimed in court documents allegations he behaved in a 'predatory' way were false and were used as a cover-up for sacking him for 'upsetting' his bosses by taking a period of extended parental leave and raising questions about the Covid-19 vaccine mandate.
Mr Schloss is suing the school for compensation and reinstatement.

Mr Schloss was accused by the school of having sex with a student in a classroom, texting her with a phone application that deleted texts after 24 hours, and kissing her backstage at the school formal, federal court documents obtained by The Australian revealed.
He was also accused of taking the student to appointments and meeting with her outside of school hours, the documents revealed.
Mr Schloss has vehemently denied the allegations and Daily Mail Australia is not suggesting the allegations are true.
The student involved in the allegations was reportedly over the age of 18 at the time.
