President Joe Biden isn't going to let an FBI search that uncovered classified material at his Wilmington home throw off potential plans for another White House run, Whtie House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said Monday.
She got asked Monday about the FBI's search that uncovered the additional materials – following the discovery of items marked classified at the Penn Biden Center in Washington and another batch previously located in Biden's home.
Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy wanted to know if there was 'precedent for people running for president after the FBI searched their sock drawer?' – in a reference to the 13-hour search, which the White House counsel's office said included every room in Biden's home.
'Here's what the president's going to focus on. He's going to focus on continuing to deliver for the the American people. That's his focus. That's what he focuses on every day,' Jean-Pierre responded.
She was once again faced with a barrage of questions, in her first briefing since the Friday search, as a top House Republican demanded the Secret Service turn over visitor logs over who had access to Biden's property.
