Alec Baldwin and wife Hilaria pictured out in Manhattan again after being ... trends now

Alec Baldwin and his wife were pictured out in Manhattan once again following a state prosecutor's decision to bring manslaughter charges against the actor in the death of Halyna Hutchins, a 42-year-old cinematographer. 

Having promised to fight the charges to his dying breath, the actor and his model wife Hilaria, 39, were seen together Tuesday for just the second time since the decision, aired by the Santa Fe District Attorney's Office last week.

Photos show the couple attempting to enter an Escalade called to the 64-year-old actor's residence in Downtown Manhattan, with Baldwin in particular appearing to struggle to pull himself into the luxury SUV.

Hilaria, however, looked more nonchalant, posing for photos with paparazzi while armed with an umbrella, seemingly to block out sun seen during an unseasonably warm day in the Big Apple.

The scene served as somewhat stark when juxtaposed with another set of photos snapped 3,000 miles away in Los Angeles, which showed Hutchins' widower, Matthew Hutchins, out in public for the first time himself, since the charges were filed.

The images show Matthew appearing somewhat somber while out running errands in The City of Angels, where he and his wife had lived with their nine-year-old son, Andros prior to the tragedy.

In one particularly striking photo, the now single father - who won an undisclosed sum from Baldwin after suing the actor for his wife's wrongful death last year - appears to sit in his car deep in thought, just a few days after the charges were brought.

In contrast, images snapped of the Baldwins from across the country show the couple appearing somewhat carefree, with Hilaria even sporting a pair of Dr. Dre's Beats headphones, as if to drown out the controversy.

A slightly more somber Baldwin, meanwhile, seemed preoccupied with merely getting himself inside the vehicle, appearing to struggle at some points as traffic quickly lined up.
