A Louisiana State University student worked at the bar she was seen leaving in a ‘drunken state’ with four men who have now been charged with raping her, DailyMail.com can reveal.

Madison 'Madi' Brooks, 19, had been drinking at Reggie's bar in East Baton Rouge, Louisiana, on January 14 when she was approached by the group of males.

The teenager was a regular patron of the pub, and sometimes worked behind the bar with her LSU Alpha Phi sorority sisters.

Pictures obtained by DailyMail.com show the blonde smiling behind the bar with two friends in a post which was captioned ‘three little Reggie’s workers’.

A 17-year-old boy, who has not been identified, has been charged with third-degree rape, along with Kavion Washington, 18.

Washington's uncle, Everett Lee, 28, and his friend Casen Carver, 18, were also arrested and charged as accomplices to third-degree rape following the death of the student.

They claim that she was in a 'drunken state' but was able to consent and willingly got in the car with them before they dumped her at the side of the road.

Madi was then hit by a ride-share car at around 3am, close to where the men had left her, but the driver of the vehicle has not been arrested in connection with her death.

She was caught on surveillance footage entering the bar at around 10pm, and it is understood that she was not working at that time.

Reggie’s also offers cover for any girls who are part of a sorority as part of their cheap drink deals to attract college students.

The bar has since had its licence suspended after police launched a probe into the assault on Madi – with several other incidents happening in or around the bar.

A spokesman for Louisiana ATC confirmed to DailyMail.com that the suspension was immediate and linked to the investigation after Madi’s death.

The body of a man was found behind Reggie’s Bar suffering from a gunshot wound in May last year, and a LSU football player was stabbed during a fight in the bar in 2016.

It prompted head coach Les Miles to ban the team from the nightclub, and one player was dropped from the team following a fight.

A Covington man was also charged with rape after a woman was separated from her sisters on a night out in Reggie’s in 2015.

Patrick earl Franklin raped the woman in the back of his car in the car park of the bar – with the victim telling investigators she did not remember much of the night because she was extremely intoxicated.

The owner of the saloon, Darin Adams, did not respond to a request for comment by DailyMail.com.

It is decorated with animal heads and a Confederate flag and bans those who are under 21 from drinking at the bar itself.

Legal documents seen by DailyMail.com reveal that Madi had 0.319g per cent of alcohol in her system – so high that toxicologists said she could have suffered from alcohol poisoning or loss of consciousness.

An autopsy also revealed that there were traces of THC, or cannabis, in her system at the time she died.

The Louisiana ATC has confirmed that they have suspended the license of Reggie's bar following the 'seriousness of the allegations and potential threat to public safety'.

In a statement, they confirmed that they were working with law enforcement and reference 'recent incidents' at the establishment - with a hearing to
