Native American woman claims Nathan Chasing Horse groomed and raped her from ... trends now

A Native American woman claims that Nathan Chasing Horse abused her from the age of 14 – allegedly raping her to 'pay the price' for him to 'cure' her mother of cancer.

Corena Leone called the actor a 'predator' who demanded that she give her virginity to him and the life of her firstborn to help her mother, who had been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer.

He has since been arrested for allegedly running a cult that sexually abused young indigenous girls at his Las Vegas home – which he is said to share with five wives - though it is not clear if Corena is part of those allegations.

Chasing Horse, real name Nathan Lee Chasing His Horse, is accused of being the leader of a cult called 'The Circle' and has been charged with sex trafficking, sexual assault of a child younger than 16 and child abuse.

The 46-year-old Native American played Smiles a Lot in the 1990 Oscar-winning film, Dances With Wolves, and was arrested as part of a months-long investigation.

He was well known to the tribes as a 'Medicine Man' or 'Holy Person,' with those roles being highly regarded within Native American spiritual traditions and belief systems.

Corena, who posted her claims last year, says she called Chasing Horse and other men 'grandfather' – with the actor telling her she had to 'give up' her virginity to help her mother.

She said: 'At the time I didn't recognize what happened for what it was. And I was proud to help my mom. And I didn't expect it to happen again I thought it was a one time thing.

'But it just kept happening. On the road with just him and his helpers. And at first he would get a room for his helpers and one for us with two beds.

'And either he would sneak into my bed or he would make me go to his and the rape continued.

'Then it stopped being two beds and went to just being one in the room. I don't remember much. I just know things happened every night and there would be several times he recorded himself raping me.

'And would take pictures and all I could do was just lie there. I felt like I had to or my mom would die.'
