As her dying wish, a woman left her beach-side home to the RSPCA - netting them an incredible $2.7million windfall. 

The deceased estate on 28 Arthur St, next to Mermaid Beach, was donated to the animal protection charity by its former owner, a woman who bought the home in 1983 for $79,950. 

Its sale was the main event for Ray White Burleigh
