A Lamborghini-driving share trader who calls himself the 'ASX Wolf' is selling his lavish Gold Coast mansion just weeks after a court found he was running a financial advice business without a licence.

Tyson Scholz, a financial influencer with 21,000 followers on Instagram, has listed his waterfront home at the exclusive Sanctuary Cove for $4.6million.

The five-bedroom mansion with a private jetty and marble floors is selling for just $300,000 more than Scholz paid for it 10 months ago - estimated to be a net loss after stamp duty and interest is taken into account.

It comes after Scholz and his glamorous partner Sophie Lee Anderson married on their return from a world tour of Paris, Greece, Switzerland and Dubai

The sale also comes as the 37-year-old stares down an interest rate cliff - with his loan agreement spiking to an eye-watering 18 per cent on April 11 after having been locked at 9.9 per cent for 12 months, according to the AFR.

However, Scholz, who has regularly boasted about his life of luxury, told the AFR its estimation that he would make a net loss on the property was 'incorrect'.

Six weeks ago, the Federal Court in Brisbane found Scholz had breached the law by running a financial service business via his @ASXWOLF_TS Instagram and Twitter accounts between March 2020 and November 2021 without a licence.

During that time Scholz posted photos of his Lamborghini Aventador with the licence plate 'ASX Bull' and a Ferrari GTB with an 'ASX Wolf' plate.

He also showed pictures of himself drinking Dom Perignon, stock trading on a yacht and at idyllic destinations with his then-fiancée.

In January 2021, he posted on an Instagram
