Four people have been charged and three teenagers cautioned after two wild brawls in Sydney's south-west which police say are linked. 

The first brawl saw two mothers and a group of teenagers allegedly fight outside a St George Bank in the Bankstown Central Shopping Centre on January 30.

Up to 15 people were involved in the wild brawl, which is said to have lasted 10 minutes, and which saw a 52-year-old woman taken to hospital after sustaining an injury to her lip. 

Just days later, three teenagers ruthlessly beat another boy at Condell Park High School in a targeted attack believed to be in retaliation for the earlier fight.

Now, a police investigation has established the two fights were linked.
