Mourners line the street for funeral of tragic 18-year-old who was stabbed trends now
Hundreds of mourners gathered at the funeral of a teenager who was fatally stabbed just weeks before Christmas while on his way to meet his girlfriend.
Owen Dunn, 18, was approached by two youngsters in Swindon, Wiltshire, on Sunday December 4, and suffered a fatal knife wound.
After his assailants fled, Owen tried to cycle away but collapsed and later died from his injuries.
A 14-year-old suspect, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with murder and remains in custody.
On Friday, the 'cheeky, mischievous and food-loving' young man's family were joined by hundreds of grieving friends and relatives to say their final goodbye to him at Kingsdown Crematorium.

His distraught parents Zoe Mitchell and Graham Dunn, and brother Luke, walked somberly alongside the funeral cortege as it reached its destination.
Besides black, many mourners wore a splash of red in a nod to the youngster's favourite football team, Liverpool.
As Owen's coffin was gently lifted onto the shoulders of his pallbearers, members of the family released live doves into the air.
The ceremony was packed with touching tributes, including a live performance of Justin Bieber's Ghost performed by two of Owen's loved ones.
The congregation heard fond memories from Owen's friends. Dozens of young men lining the front of the chapel told stories about growing up together and what he was like as a friend.
This was followed by a pre-prepared statement from his girlfriend Melissa.
