An infuriated driver has snapped a picture of a group of cyclists holding up traffic on the road within centimetres of a completely empty designated bicycle lane.
The photo, showing Carrington Road at Marrickville in Sydney's Inner West, was shared to Reddit on Sunday where it sparked a debate with hundreds of comments.
