A Mongols bikie has been charged with property damage after tensions escalated between his mum and her neighbour.

For the last three years, Gold Coast single mum Juanita Garcia has shared a common driveway with Eva Barbaro, the mother of Mongols bikie Harley Barbaro.

The ugly ongoing feud between the two women exploded in January when Harley was charged with damaging property at the Gold Coast home.

Ms Garcia also filed a peace and good behaviour application against Ms Barbaro only to find out her neighbour had filed a similar claim against her late last year.

Ms Garcia is accused of breaching the order numerous times, including sounding her horn and being noisy with a whipper snipper.

Tensions escalated in December following the death of Ms Garcia's beloved dog Buddha.

CCTV showed a devastated Ms Garcia and her son carrying the animal out to the pet cremation's van when she was confronted by Ms Barbaro angry about the parked vehicle.

'Eva has walked up my driveway, circled the hearse and then come up screaming abuse while I'm still holding my dog,' Ms Garcia told A Current Affair
