A popular new bar has been called out after patrons could see women using the female toilet cubicles through clear glass windows.

Vision of three women using the amenities on the first floor of the Headquarters Bar in central Auckland was taken and posted to social media on Sunday.

The loo users were seen in the footage from the waist up, standing up in the cubicle with one of them appearing to be naked while pulling a jumpsuit back on.

She was seen standing up into view after using the toilet and dressing herself, while another two women could be seen adjusting their clothes.

The 'loo with a view' vision was taken from outside the venue with crowds milling about, prompting some on social media to ask, 'how did they get away with doing that?'

The venue formally known as the O'Hagans Irish pub was recently refurbished by owner Leo Molloy, a former Auckland mayoral candidate.

It's new look was promised to 'revolutionise' the city's waterfront scene.
