A cinema in Alice Springs has been forced to board up their front door despite being open after it was broken into five times in the last four weeks.
Alice Springs Cinemas shared an image of the theatre's boarded up front door with a 'come on in we're open' sign to their Facebook page on Wednesday.
The owner explained that, while the cinema is still open to the public, they've had to board up their doors after they were broken into multiple times.
'Hey there, everyone. Eye sore alert.....' they wrote.

'Yes we've had to board up our doors even though they are fixed, purely because we are so nervous about getting them broken into and having to organise ANOTHER midnight Glass replacement.'
They said that the cinema had been broken into five times over the 'last four weeks'.
'We're happy the Northern Territory Government and Federal Government have come to the table with some temporary answers, but we're still calling for a 24/7 Police Presence in the mall to assist the businesses that have left and the current ones that are slowly dwindling away,' the
