Dramatic body cam footage of a man accused of fatally shooting a journalist and young girl in Florida captured his arrest where he is heard letting out a yelp and cries that the cops were suffocating him.
Keith Melvin Moses, 19, is in custody after he allegedly shot several people on Wednesday, killing three of them including a local journalist covering the original shooting he's accused of, and a nine-year-old girl.
The Orange County Sheriff's Office released video of Moses' arrest that shows the deputies placing Moses in handcuffs while he yells that he can't breath.
Moses has been charged with first-degree murder in the initial shooting that killed Nathacha Augustin, 38, and authorities said 'numerous more charges' would follow.

The arrest on Wednesday came after the shooting spree that began early that morning and ended with three dead and two injured.
Video released shows the moment deputies put an end to his rampage.
'Get on your face!' the deputies are heard yelling.
'Let me go!' Moses yells back. 'They're killing me! Let me go!'
Deputies placed him in handcuffs and then were seen cutting open Moses' jeans and seized a Glock semiautomatic weapon that 'was still hot to the touch, meaning it had just been fired, and there were no more rounds.'
Moses complained he was hurt and was taken to a hospital
