Explicit Maegan Hall video shared by pervy police chief trends now
The pervy Tennessee police chief fired over his role in the Maegan Hall 'cop gone wild' fiasco shared explicit videos of the officer and made sexist comments on a secret burner phone he nicknamed 'Ole Boy', DailyMail.com can reveal.
Burrel 'Chip' Davis, 47, lectured Hall for 'dipping her pen in company ink' and feigned surprise as he oversaw an internal inquiry into her multiple on and off duty romps with colleagues at the La Vergne Police Department.
But court filings obtained by DailyMail.com reveal that Davis already knew all about Hall's bed-swapping antics and even pestered one of his sergeants to send him video of the 26-year-old rookie officer masturbating.
Davis, a married dad-of-three, also grumbled that his own 'normal pimp s**t' attempts to bed Hall had failed where others had succeeded, agreeing with a pal that she had a 'tight little a**', it's alleged.

The messages were sent on a prepaid cell Davis referred to as Ole Boy but eventually ended up in the hands of investigators and were reproduced this week in a lawsuit filed by Hall, who alleges she was groomed and abused by randy superiors.
She and four colleagues were given the boot in January in the first round of firings at the suburban Nashville police department which lost 12 per cent of its manpower overnight and was swamped with lurid headlines about wife swapping, 'Girls Gone Wild' hot tub parties and games of strip Uno.
Chief Davis was axed just weeks later for hiding what he knew about the rampant sexual misconduct within his ranks and for failing to stop it.
'Where Ms. Hall sought role models at her new job, she instead found predators,' reads Hall's 51-page complaint, filed in Tennessee federal court.
'In place of offering professional development, her supervisors and the Chief of Police groomed her for sexual exploitation.
'They colluded in using their authority to systematically disarm her resistance and entrap her in degrading and abusive sexual relationships, even sharing tips on the best ways to manipulate and exploit her.'
Hall's suit also takes aim at Sgt. Lewis Powell and Sgt. Henry 'Ty' McGowan, who were both fired for having sex with her and lying about their conduct.
She accuses McGowan of smacking her on the buttocks, pestering her for sex, and offering to create porn accounts for her on OnlyFans and foot fetish site, FeetFinder.
She slept with him because he promised to help her get a promotion, according to the filing.
Court filings obtained by DailyMail.com included transcripts of text messages found on Davis's prepaid burner phone that he dubbed 'ole boy' on which he received explicit videos of Hall from trusted supervisor Sgt Ty McGowan
In a text exchange from October 31, 2022, Davis apparently messaged McGowan asking for a video of Hall masturbating

Powell, meanwhile, 'positioned himself as a reliable source of companionship and advice regarding Ms. Hall's career and her marriage.'
The pair had sex at jiu jitsu training sessions, in the married officer's truck, and inside the police substation while on duty after Powell insisted 'he had 'blue balls' and really needed it'.
When Hall tried to break things off with Powell, he threatened to kill himself, according to the suit, leaving 'trapped' Hall struggling to cope with her own anxiety, depression and collapsing mental health.
Davis 'encouraged this behavior and shared in the pornography and sexual fantasy of mutually abusing Ms. Hall with his trusted supervisor, Ty McGowan,' the suit further alleges.
The chief was no better than his subordinates, inviting Hall on lunch dates, asking her to come into his office to dance for him and questioning whether she preferred 'dark, white, or milk chocolate,' she claims.
In October last year, McGowan sent Davis a photo of a 'Black male foot inside Officer Hall's mouth', saying that the appendage belonged to Powell.
'She has a tight little ass tho,' he wrote, to which Davis replied 'Yep'.
'Da F**k Lewis saying to deezz hoes cause normal pimp s**t ain't working,' Davis grumbled several days later.
McGowan responded: 'No f**kin clue. He killing it!'
'As demonstrated in his October 28, 2022, text exchange, Chief Davis became frustrated by his comparative failure to groom Ms. Hall for sexual exploitation,' the suit argues.
